Born and raised in the small northern Ontario town of Smooth Rock Falls, Rox Anne grew up in a francophone family where French and English cultures naturally intertwined. At just seven years old, she confidently told her mother she would become a singer, and she’s been chasing that dream ever since—performing at regional and provincial francophone contests while honing her songwriting skills alongside established artists.

In 2017, Rox Anne moved to Ottawa to further her career and embrace new opportunities in the music industry. A life-changing moment came five years ago when she performed with her idols—Tyler Hilton, Wakey Wakey, and Mike Gossin—at a One Tree Hill convention in Wilmington, NC. That experience reignited her passion and pushed her to new heights.

In 2022, Rox Anne released her debut EP, which earned her some success, including a song that reached #1 on the radio twice. Over the past two years, she has focused on songwriting, expanding her network, and connecting with audiences through intimate performances.
